It is the biggest manufacturer in China supplying such kind of special paper products, such as plotter paper, marker paper, kraft paper, perforated kraft paper, HDPE film, tissue paper, jobticket paper, underlayer paper, interleaving tissue paper, CAD LL plotter pen, CAM cutter blade, plastic bristle and so on. President of HOBY Paper, Mr. Shilei, founded this company in 1993 as the former name of STARLINKS. Through ten years of development, STARLINKS has become a successful group company with more than ten subsidiaries around the whole China Mainland, such as Shanghai, Qingdao, Beijing, Dalian, Fujian, Tianjin, Dongguan and Shunde.
